b. Voice and Audio Data: To support speaking practice features, our Service requires access to your device’s microphone. We process your voice data solely for the purpose of real-time speech recognition and pronunciation feedback. We do not record, store, or upload your audio files to our servers. All audio processing is performed transiently to evaluate your performance.

c. Usage and Device Data: We automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with the App, such as your device model, operating system version, IP address, app crashes, and system activity.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To provide and operate the Service (e.g., tracking your learning progress).
  • To maintain and improve the Service (e.g., fixing bugs and analyzing user trends).

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how users engage with our App. This helps us make the App better.

6. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with third-party service providers solely to operate our Service:

  • Hosting & Infrastructure: We use Google Firebase to host our website and backend infrastructure.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information and learning progress for as long as your account is active. Since we do not store your voice data, there is no retention period for audio files. You may request the deletion of your account at any time within the App settings.

Our Service is generally intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately from our servers.
