b. Voice and Audio Data: To support speaking practice and AI conversation features, our Service requires access to your device’s microphone. Audio data is transmitted to our servers securely for real-time processing (speech recognition and pronunciation assessment). We prioritize your privacy: we do not permanently store your raw audio files. The audio data is discarded immediately after the necessary analysis is completed.

c. Usage and Device Data: We automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with the App, such as your device model, operating system version, IP address, app crashes, and system activity.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • AI & Voice Processing: We engage trusted third-party service providers, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS), to process audio data for speech-to-text recognition and AI conversation features. These providers process data solely on our behalf to deliver the Service’s core functionality and do not retain your audio data permanently.
  • Advertising & Analytics: As mentioned above, we share non-personally identifiable data with Google (AdMob, Analytics) to provide ads and analyze app performance.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect our rights.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information and learning progress for as long as your account is active. request the deletion of your account at any time within the App settings.

8. Children’s Privacy
